HELLO!
My name is Sophia Uy, and I’m a Chinese-Filipino-American story artist, filmmaker, and illustrator pursuing a BFA in Character Animation and Creative Writing minor at CalArts.
Aside from an ongoing lifelong obsession with "The Little Prince" by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry… I find myself falling in love with storytelling media of all sorts on the daily, and strive to create art that shares a piece of that same magic with the world. Watching and rambling about movies, writing, film photography, and exploring nature is where I find home.
